Brittney Feivor

Brittney Feivor carried her collegiate endurance background directly into the marathon. After competing in cross country and track at Marquette, she qualified for the 2020 Olympic Trials in her first marathon, running 2:40:37 at Los Angeles in 2018. In an interview with Marquette’s student newspaper, she explained that longer, sustained workouts had always suited her better than pure speed. [1]

Her professional work grew out of the same sporting experience. Feivor studied exercise physiology at Marquette and earned a doctorate in physical therapy at Franklin Pierce University; her clinical biography describes rehabilitating her own injuries as an early reason for choosing the field. Her 2024 Trials profile listed her as a physical therapist at Boulder Run Physio and a returning Trials qualifier, with a 2:32:41 qualifying performance from Houston in 2022. Her later 2:30:51 at CIM in 2024 continued that marathon progression. [2][3][4]
