Sources & Corrections
Accurate athlete identities, results, and announcements make these records useful. Check the linked evidence when a fact looks incomplete or outdated.
What to include in a correction
- The athlete name and profile URL.
- The field or performance that needs correction.
- The proposed value, with the race date and discipline for results.
- A link to an organizer result, official roster, or dated primary announcement.
- Any timing, identity, or effective-date details needed to distinguish conflicting records.
Review process
Corrections require checking identity, dates, and supporting sources. A team relationship does not automatically establish an individual sponsor, and a historical coach is not necessarily a current coach. Unknown information should remain unknown until evidence supports a claim.
A public submission channel is being prepared. Until it is available, this page documents the evidence needed for review.
For official Trials-list corrections, use the contact information on USATF's event page. Read our methodology.
