How we measure use of US Marathoners.

Website analytics

US Marathoners uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page views, and the sources that bring visitors to the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and processes information such as public pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device details, and approximate location. We use these reports to improve the website and its coverage.

We measure public editorial page paths, including published athlete and coach names in those paths. We do not send visiting users' names, email addresses, form entries, or account identifiers. Reported page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; only recognized traffic-source and medium labels are retained from campaign tags. We do not use Google Signals, User-ID, advertising personalization, or advertising product links for this measurement.
